I haven't really been into the whole neon thing – which has been going on for quite a while now, soooo cutting edge on this blog I am – but to splash out on something so faddish just doesn't make sense (even though the ubiquitous neon satchel is still ever so tempting). However, there is one way I would wear neon (bra straps aside) and that is as a strip or a stripe on an otherwise neutral accessory worn against a low-key outfit. Oh, and nail varnish.
