I couldn't resist making another wildflower crown...
Nor raiding mummy Stylonyon's wardrobe where I found this silk scarf (worn as belt), flowing silk maxi skirt and some rather fabulous shirts. This is a ridiculously simple look, and for someone who mainly wears trousers, surprisingly familiar. I used to wear outfits like this a lot before. I'm not exactly sure when before, but it's a look I resonate with and enjoy wearing. Perfect for flitting around on a spring day, leaping away from thistles and squinting against the sunlight. The t-shirt is a brilliant one from Topshop, which I have in at least three colours. I'm not sure if they're still doing them (NB: just checked, it seems they're not) but I couldn't recommend it more for a wardrobe staple. Soft, lightweight with a scoop neck, rolled-up sleeves and pocket detail. And the flip-flops are the only footwear I took with me, apart from the Nike trainers I travelled in. Super simple.
ps. The nail polish is Come To Bed Red by Butter London.
This is so cute! I love the movement of the skirt and you definitely picked the perfect spot to take these photos!

Thankyou! It was great fun to do this. I had someone else taking the photos for a change and it's quite liberating! :)
