I guess these could be described as pillars of my beauty routine – apart from the Argan facial oil which was an impulse buy for mummy Stylonylon...
1. I like to use both Jason's bodycream and bodywash, which are occasionally reduced at my local Wholefoods. The yummy cocoa butter frangrance of the hand & body lotion (£7) reminds me of hot and lazy beach holidays.
2. & 3. The face cream and oil are by Laidbare which I've been using for the last six months and am extremely pleased with, especially as each product is under a tenner – Working 9 to 5 Anti-Ageing Cream (£7.99) and From Dusk Til Dawn Vitamin C serum (£9.99). I also use the facewash and night cream! The face creams are thick enough for dry skin – finding heavy enough creams to get through the winter is an obsession of mine and I don't know of any other 'no nasties' brands that are so amazingly priced.
4. Dr Hauschka is definitely the most expensive brand here, and although I adore their rose day cream, I generally steer away from the other products because they are so expensive. However, I'm happy to splash out on the little makeup I use, and I use this award-winning translucent foundation 001 (£20.95) so sparingly it lasts forever. This is my second tube ever; the first I bought a year and a half ago (like I said, I'm not big on make-up).
5. The roll-on argan oil is by Melvita (£9) and I haven't tried this but it was featured on Lorraine Kelly and by The Times so it appears it could be a goodie! What about you? What beauty products have you bought lately?
