A couple of outfit snaps I took before Christmas. The skirt is a gorgeous woollen tube that is actually a little unforgiving on the waist-line hence the belt and scarf (vintage Hermes, yah – why I hardly wear it is beyond me) teamed with a trusty old leather jacket by All Saints (I actually snipped off bits from the front, it was just a bit too hangy) and one of my all time favourite bag purchases, a limited edition bucket bag by Ally Capellino (the handles are made from recycled Coke cans!). The necklace is one I'm still hoping to get my hands on (hello Valentine's day :)) and the boots are Ash. Not a very wintry outfit, but definitely one for seasonal transitions, so once things get a little warmer... I love the colour progressions - a wheel of black to steel grey to white and brown to tan to orange to yellow.

ReplyDeleteCool, glad you like it! It's a nice way to bring a favourite scarf into the mix, and give extra definition if its a skinny belt... !
